Nazkids Policy

Purchase order

Every product will take 7 to 10 working days to process before posting out.

Refund Policy

Nazkids will do FULL refund if the customer did not received the items after 3 weeks from purchase date OR received product in bad conditions OR product received is not the same as stated in website.

Customer must notify Nazkids for any failure on receiving the items OR items in bad conditions or product received is not the same as stated in website.

Exchange Policy

To exchange new size, customer have to wait for another 2 weeks unless Nazkids inform if it could be deliver soon.

Customer will have to add any price different for exchanging to new size and also the postage charge.

Customer will have to bare the cost to return the cost of postage to Nazkids.

Postage

Postage will be covered by customer and postage charge is shown at cart.

Nazkids coverage now for purchasing online is in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore only.

Postage for flat item such as clothing will be in e-packet

Postage forSet Tanjak & Sampin and shoes will be Box

Extra Policy

For any item return by customer, the cost of postage to Nazkids will be bare by customer.

Once item posted out, it is not Nazkids responsible to keep track of the item and contact any courier service.

We have pay the courier service thus the job of sending customer items will be under Courier Service Company.
